What do NCLB and The Price Is Right Have in Common?

Earlier this week, our colleague Andrew Brownstein (one of Thompson’s federal education policy editors) wrote:  “Some of the nation’s leading policy wonks in education recently gave the ‘Price is Right’ treatment to the increasingly long-shot chances of No Child Left Behind being reauthorized this year.”

What?! Is Bob Barker taking over NCLB? Is Plinko involved? (Yes, I know that Drew Carey hosts the show now, but Bob Barker embodies TPIR for me in a way that no ex-sitcom star ever could. I also prefer Richard Dawson on ‘Family Feud.’  But I digress.)

Check out the rest of the story about NCLB’s chances at Title I-Derland, Thompson’s education blog.  (Survey says: “Not good.”)
